In this document, when we mention "company", "we", "our", "us", "service", or "services", we're referring to Monzy Analytics.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service in the future. Significant changes will be announced on our blog.

By using our services, presently or in the future, you're agreeing to the most recent Terms of Service. This agreement applies to all of our current and future products and any features we may add. Failure on our part to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These terms include a limitation of our liability.

If you disagree with these Terms of Service, please do not use our services. Violating any of the terms may lead to the termination of your account. Trust is paramount in our relationship, and we strive to earn yours by being transparent about our operations and open to your feedback.

Account Terms

  • You must safeguard your account and password. Monzy Analytics is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain security.
  • You're responsible for any activities that occur under your account.
  • Our services must not be used for illegal activities or to break laws in your jurisdiction.
  • You must provide your real name and a valid email address to complete the signup process.
  • Accounts must be registered by individuals. Bots or automated methods are not allowed.

Payment, Refunds, Upgrading, and Downgrading Terms

  • We offer a free trial without requiring a credit card, and we do not sell your data. Post-trial, you need to pay in advance to continue using the service. Unpaid accounts are frozen until payment is made. Accounts frozen for 60 days are subject to cancellation.
  • Transitioning from a free trial to a paid plan triggers immediate billing, starting your billing cycle on the upgrade day.
  • Payments are automated via credit card.
  • Paid plans are based on pageviews, which must be used within the term; unused pageviews are forfeited.
  • You can change your plan level anytime. Downgrading may result in loss of features or capacity, for which Monzy Analytics is not liable.
  • Our payment processing is handled by Stripe, which also manages customer inquiries and returns. All fees include applicable taxes, collected and remitted by Stripe. Refer to Stripe's Terms for details.
  • Fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation and Termination

  • You must cancel your account via the provided method; email cancellation requests are not valid.
  • Cancelling before the end of a paid period takes effect at the end of the current cycle; you will not be billed again. Post-cancellation, your data becomes inaccessible and is eventually deleted.
  • You may delete your account anytime, which immediately removes all your data.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for any reason, at any time. Such action may involve deleting your account data.
  • Abuse towards any customer or employee may result in immediate account termination.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

  • We may modify or discontinue any part of our service without notice.
  • Price changes will exempt existing customers, though we reserve the right to alter prices with 30 days’ notice.
  • Monzy Analytics is not liable for any service modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.

Content Ownership, Copyright, and Trademark

  • You are responsible for the content you submit. We claim no intellectual property rights over your material.
  • Feedback is welcome and becomes our property to use without obligation to you.
  • Do not imply an association with Monzy Analytics without permission. Our branding and materials are copyrighted and trademarked.

Privacy and Data Security

  • We take serious measures to secure your data, including backups and encryption.
  • You own your website data. We do not collect personal information from your visitors or sell data.
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding privacy and data protection.
  • Do not use our services to send sensitive information.

General Conditions

  • Use of Monzy Analytics is at your own risk. The service is provided as is.
  • We aim for high uptime and service quality but cannot guarantee a bug-free service.
  • Technical support is available via email on a reasonable effort basis.
  • We may access your data to assist with support requests and ensure service security.
  • Third-party vendors are used for necessary technology and infrastructure.

Liability

Monzy Analytics is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from service use or inability to use the service. Choosing to use our services is a decision you make, and we aim to be a trustworthy choice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, with Swedish courts having exclusive jurisdiction.
